1. Enterprise License & Usage
Your lifetime license grants you non-exclusive access to our cloud infrastructure. You are responsible for the security of your API keys, hardware credentials, and the physical safety of the devices you provision via Web Serial.
2. Liability Limitation
IoT OS provides telemetry routing and control dashboards "as is". We are not liable for hardware damage, power surges, or physical consequences resulting from automated scene triggers or AI predictive models.
3. Data & Telemetry
You retain ownership of all telemetry data transmitted to your workspace. We utilize row-level security to ensure your data is isolated, but reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts sending malicious payloads to the MQTT broker.

Your privacy and the security of your device data are our highest priorities. This policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Data Collection
We collect essential account information (email, name) via our auth provider. We also process and temporarily store real-time telemetry data (temperature, voltage, state changes) strictly to populate your dynamic dashboards.
2. Video & Audio Feeds
If you utilize our AI CCTV monitoring, video streams are processed at the edge or securely tunneled. We do not permanently store your video feeds unless explicitly configured in your workspace settings.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your hardware data. Data is only shared with essential infrastructure partners (e.g., our MQTT broker hosts, SMS gateways for alerts) required to operate the platform.
