Welcome to Meteor Home Automation. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Enterprise License & OAuth Services

Your monthly subscription license grants you non-exclusive access to our cloud infrastructure. Authentication is securely managed via third-party OAuth providers. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, API keys, and physical hardware endpoints.

2. Hardware Kits & Liability Limitation

Meteor Home Automation provides telemetry routing and control dashboards "as is". While we sell pre-configured hardware kits, we are not liable for user-modified circuitry, grid power surges, or physical consequences resulting from automated scene triggers, relay toggles, or AI predictive models. Users wiring their own ESP modules to 220V/110V mains do so entirely at their own risk.

3. Data & Telemetry Operations

You retain ownership of all telemetry data transmitted to your workspace. We utilize row-level database security to ensure absolute isolation. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts sending malicious payloads, unauthorized scraping requests, or excess spam to the MQTT broker.

4. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Software subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, though previously paid periods are non-refundable. Hardware kits are subject to our standard physical return policy and include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
