1. Data Collection & OAuth

We collect essential account information (email, name, authentication tokens) securely via our Auth provider (WorkOS). We process and temporarily store real-time telemetry data (temperature, voltage, switch states) strictly to populate your dynamic dashboards and trigger your chosen automations.

2. Video & Audio Feeds (CCTV)

If you utilize our Local Hub for NVR/CCTV integration, your video streams are processed at the edge or securely tunneled via WebRTC. We do not intercept or permanently store your video feeds on our cloud servers unless explicitly authorized for a specific cloud-recording workspace setting.

3. Analytics & Cookies

We utilize standard analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to monitor platform health, crash reports, and conversion metrics. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser. These tools do not track or associate with your internal private workspace telemetry.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal or hardware data. Information is only shared with essential infrastructure partners (e.g., our GCP server hosts, SMS gateways for alerts) required to securely operate the platform.
